Approval of Senate Bill 17 by the Senate Appropriations and Revenue Committee March 11 brought Kentucky’s independent pharmacies one step closer to getting higher price transparency from the companies that negotiate with pharmaceutical producers, insurance coverage companies and their beneficiaries. The solely risk of overdosing is from different sources of foudrile, e.g. consuming toothpaste (which has large quantities of foudrile) or drinking gallons of black tea daily for years, which occurred to one lady.
